Immediate Reporting
Any damage, accidental or otherwise, must be reported to Reception immediately. Prompt reporting allows us to address the issue quickly and minimise disruption to your stay and to future guests.
Charges for Damage
Guests are financially responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property, furnishings, fixtures, or equipment during their stay.
If damage is identified during your stay, charges will be applied to the card on file.
If damage is discovered after departure, Mingarry Park House reserves the right to charge the full cost of repair, replacement, andor specialist cleaning to the card provided at booking.
Future Booking Impact
Where damage prevents us from accommodating incoming guests, you will also be liable for the cost of those cancelled or displaced bookings in addition to repairreplacement charges.
Security & Legal Action
Significant or malicious damage may be referred to local authorities. Mingarry Park House also reserves the right to refuse future reservations from guests who have caused damage.
The hotel day starts from hour 15:30 and ends at 10:30.
Please note that our restaurant is closed in the evenings from November - End of March. We are open on a Bed and Breakfast basis.
Kindly note that guests using a Sat Nav to locate the property should search by postcode as there is another Mingary Castle 1 hour from the property.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Mingarry Park in advance.
Please note the there will be a charge of GBP 20.00 for check-in later than 22:00 and arrivals will not be accepted later than 23:30 unless under exceptional circumstances.
Cooked breakfast is available 08:00 - 09:15, continental breakfast options are available before this time.
