Lomond Woods Holiday Park - Balloch

Set amongst the hills and woodlands surrounding Loch Lomond, Lomond Woods Holiday Park is situated in the picturesque village of Balloch, 20 miles north of Glasgow city centre. Guests can take part in ranger-led walks in Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National park, or enjoy water sports, cycling and fishing in the local area.

A choice of caravans and lodges are available at Lomond Woods andfeature a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and a dining area. A children’s playground and games room with table tennis and pool are available on site, as well as free parking.

Golf courses at Cameron House and Buchannan castle are open to the public and both can be reached within a 15-minute drive. Loch Lomond Sea Life Aquarium is a 5-minute drive away.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:00.

The property cannot accommodate henstag groups, or similar parties.

Please note, the lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. We are a family holiday park and may contact groups who doappear to be family groups and in some cases these bookings may be cancelled.

Gazebos, jet skis and boats arepermitted on the premises.

Please note, the latest check-in time is 20:00. Late check-ins cannot be permitted.

Commercial vehicles arepermitted at the property. Reception staff can advise onthese can be parked.

Pets are subject to an additional charge, please contact the property for charges. A maximum of 2 pets per accommodation can be accepted.

Smoking ispermitted at the property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged GBP 50 for cleaning costs.

Guests who have booked a camping pod are reminded to bring their own camping equipment.

Cots mayfit in the bedrooms

A £2 charitable donation will automatically be added to your booing, this is to rebalance your carbon footprint. Two tree will be planted which is the equivalent to 365 miles in an average family car. Three Bedroom Caravan. The three-bedroom caravan holiday homes can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. With central heating and double glazing there is an open-plan lounge, and a dining and kitchen area. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, and a shower room and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is also a picnic table. Guests should advise whether they require a pet-friendly caravan, as these are subject to availability. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated. ;
Two-Bedroom Caravan. This two-bedroom caravan can sleep a maximum of 4 guests. The property features an open-plan lounge, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. It has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, and a shower room. There is a picnic table outside for guest use. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please advise at time of booking if a Pet Friendly Caravan is required as these are subject to availability. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are charged at GBP 5 per pet per night. ;
Camping Pod Sleeps 4 (SHARED BATHROOMS). The camping pod can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children and feature a double bed, double sofa bed and a child bunk bed. Amenitiesa kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge and TV. The pods are fully heated and have their own private entrance. Guests have access to shared family bathrooms, toilet and shower facilities, laundry and dishwashing area. Cutlerycrockery etc isprovided therefore it is recommended to bring your own camping equipment. Please advise at time of booking if a pet-friendly camping pod is required, as these are subject to availability. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated. ;
S Pod Sleeps 4. The S-pods can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. It is equipped with a sofapull-down double bed, a child’s single sofa bed with a fixed high-level childs single bunk bed above (weight restriction of 10st63.5kg and height restriction of 5 ft.), en-suite facilities, a microwave, kettle, TV, and heating. The property features an outdoor decking area. Cutlerycrockery etc isprovided therefore it is recommended to bring your own camping equipment. Please advise at time of booking if a pet-friendly camping pod is required, as these are subject to availability. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated. ;
Ensuite Glamping Pod Sleeps 6. The S-pods provide a glamping experience for up to 6 people (max 4 adults). This pod offers a mezzanine level with child twin beds, fold-out sofa bed in the lounge area and dining table that convertsa double bed. This S-Pod offers a shower room, kitchen area with a 4 burner hob, grill, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. The accommodation also provides Freeview TV with built in DVD, heating and outdoor decking.
