Artist Residence Brighton - Brighton & Hove

In the centre of Brighton, the Artist Residence Hotel faces the iconic West Pier. This unique property features 25 individually decorated rooms with free WiFi and quirky original artwork.

Spanning across two Grade II listed Regency townhouses, the hotel also features a restaurant, cafe, bar and award winning breakfast.

The bar offers breakfast, snacks, coffee and cocktails overlooking the West Pier.

Their restaurant also serves fresh, seasonal dinner menu celebrating Brightons freshest produce, featuring platefuls of fresh oysters, charred veggies, and local fish cooked on fire - be sure to make a reservation before your stay.

Bedrooms are decorated in an Arty or House style and feature free WiFi, en-suite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, comfy beds and teacoffee making facilities. Over half the rooms have sea-views.

The Artist Residence Hotel is 2 minutes walk from Brighton beach and 10 minutes walk to the North Laines shops and Brightons vibrant night life.

Comfort Quadruple Room. Located on the lower ground floor room underneath the restaurant, this room has a large double bed, en-suite shower room and outside terrace. There is also a snug wood-clad cabin room with a double bed. ;
Comfy Double or Twin Room with Sofa bed. These artist decorated rooms have a comfortable Super king bed that can be configured as two single beds, alongside an en-suite bathroom with powerful rainfall shower. A sofa-bed can be made up opon request for an additional charge. Please note the bed configuration you would like upon booking. ;
Large Double Room with Sea-View. Individually designed larger rooms with king-size beds, a roll-top bath in the room and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in rainfall shower. In the Master Bedrom theres a comfy king size bed, whilst the en-suite bathroom features a roll top bath and walk-in rainfall shower. ;
