De Vere Latimer Estate - Chesham

Set in 30 acres of grounds in Chiltern’s countryside overlooking the Chess Valley, De Vere Latimer Estate boasts an indoor pool and sauna, 25 minutes’ drive from Heathrow Airport. London can be reached in 35 minutes by train. In 2017 the property underwent a 7 million pound renovation project.

All rooms are en-suite with a shower or bath, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

De Vere Latimer Estate combines contemporary and Victorian architecture, with 27 modern meeting and training rooms,including the latest high tech equipment for business events. De Vere’s experienced team can helpany corporate meeting or event.

Guests at Latimer De Vere Latimer Estate can relax in the bar, or enjoy a meal within the hotel’s restaurant which offers a seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients. The artisan coffee shop Burr & Co, offers a selection of high-quality drinks and sweet treats for guests.

De Vere Latimer Estate features 3 different buildings on site, each with their own character which are ideal for a range of different groups and private functions.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please be aware that Latimer Place does not have a lift. Access to the main house is not guaranteed due to private functions - please phone the venue for further information. Please note that the credit debit card used at the time of the booking needs to be presented upon check-in.
There are swimming lessons which operate on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon (15:30 – 18:00) term time only. During this time there is no access to the pool, sauna and steam room during these times however the gym is still available.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
