Crianlarich Youth Hostel - Crianlarich

Crianlarich Youth Hostel is a 4-star modern bungalow-style building nestled below a forest in the Strathfillan Glen. This hostel is just over an hours drive from Stirling and provides a great base for exploring the northern area of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

The hostel offers private rooms, dorms, a self-catering kitchen, a lounge and dining area. There is also a drying room, access for wheelchair users and ample parking.

The village of Crianlarich is the halfway point on the West Highland Way. Twenty Munros (hills) dominate the landscape, including Ben More and Ben Lui. There are several woodland walks nearby and trout fishing permits can be bought locally.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:00.

All bookings will include a temporary membership fee per person per night. Full existing members of Hostelling Scotland and HI using these channels are not entitled to a membership refund.

Individual reservations up to 9 people can be cancelled free of charge until 3 days before the arrival date. If cancelled within the 3 days before the arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.

When booking for 10 people or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For stays of more than 8 weeks (57 days or more) 20% of total cost, for stays of 8–4 weeks (56–29 days) 55% of total cost, and for stays of 4–0 weeks (28–0 day) 100% of total cost.

Should guests be entitled to a refund or partial refund, please note that these are processed by Hostelling Scotland National Office, Stirling. It may take 7 to 10 working days from the date of the cancellation request for the refund to be processed back onto the original card used.

Guests travelling with children must inform the property at the time of booking.

Please note that guests aged 12–15 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories without a parent or guardian of the same gender.
