- Visitor Policy: No parties, outside visitors, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the Host. Violations may incur additional charges of up to £250.
- Illegal Activities: The Guest mustengage in illegal activities on the property.
• Damages: The Guest is responsible for any damage to the property or its contents that occurs during their stay.damages must be reported promptly. In casesmajor repairs are required and extend beyond one day, the Guest may be liable for additional charges to cover lost revenue during the repair period.
