Arlington House Apartments - London

Arlington House Apartments arein the heart of St. James and many come with impressive views overlooking Green Park. The apartments are only a 10-minute walk from Oxford Street and Leicester Square and 20 minutes’ walk from Covent Garden.

Arlington House Apartments feature a private bathroom, LCD satellite TV, air conditioning, touch panel lighting and a separate cloakroom. They range from smaller studios to large 3-bedroom apartments.

The fully-fitted kitchens include a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge freezer.

Green Park underground station is only a 3-minute walk from the apartments and has Piccadilly, Jubilee and Victoria line services. Some of the finest restaurants London has to offer are also within a 5-minute walk, including Le Caprice, The Wolseley, and Wiltons which offers fine English dining.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

This is not a wheelchair accessible property.

Due to COVID 19, housekeeping service is not available.

Arlington House Apartments charges a holding deposit within 72 hours of your arrival date. This is refunded after departure ensuringof the following have been adhered to:

(a)bills are paid andkeys are returned.
(b)contents, utensils and appliances are left in a perfectly clean and working condition.
(c) If dry cleaning or steam cleaning is required to furnishings and carpets after departure an appropriate amount will be deducted.
(d)broken, missing or soiled items on the inventory are replaced or relevant costs paid.

However this changes depending on the length of stay:

3 night stay - 1 nights accommodation
3 to 6 nights stay - 2 nights accommodation
6 to 12 nights - 5 nights accommodation
12 Nights or more please contact the apartments

Please note that there is a porter service 24 hours a day.

A light cleaning service, including general cleaning, vacuuming and bed-making, takes place once a week based on a week stay, but does not include personal maid services. Towels and linens are changed weekly. We are providing Housekeeping service is once a week with linen change.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Superior One-Bedroom Apartment with Garden View. Looking onto the gardens, these one-bedroom apartments feature either traditional or contemporary décor. There is a king-size zip and link bed, a lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machinedryer and a dishwasher. ;
